Private access

This dashboard is a private tool operated for Ruben's own account. Access is restricted to the owner and expressly authorized maintenance. It is not operated by Polymarket US, does not accept public customer funds, and does not offer investment management or advice to visitors.

Trading risks and records

Automated trading can lose the entire amount committed. Paper results, tests, eligibility labels and past returns do not establish future profitability. Neither safeguards nor software repairs guarantee principal protection, uninterrupted operation or recovery of losses. Reports can be delayed or incomplete; reconcile them with exchange records.

The exchange's own eligibility requirements, rules, fees and terms continue to apply. Access to this tool does not authorize bypassing them or applicable law.

Permitted use and confidential information

Do not share credentials, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or disclose private account information. Access does not grant a license to redistribute confidential software or trading research. These restrictions do not prevent disclosures required by law or the exercise of non-waivable rights.

No blanket waiver

This notice does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waive statutory rights, impose arbitration or promise legal immunity. It does not replace a separately agreed contract. Operational or privacy questions should go through the existing private operator communication channel; a public legal contact has not yet been confirmed.
